Michael Jackson's Autopsy Results Deferred Los Angeles, CA--The result of Michael Jackson's autopsy has been deferred, according to the Los Angeles Coroner's office at a press conference Friday. It will take another four to six weeks to complete additional tests. Los Angeles County coronoer's spokesman Craig Harvey says there were no signs of trauma or foul play to Jackson's body. Although, Harvey says Jackson was taking some unspecified prescription medications.
