Rasmussen to Announce Obama's Approval Index Below Zero For the first time since Obama was elected, more people disapprove of the way he is handling his office than the people who approve his job performance. Rasmussen will announce today that Obama's approval index is below zero. It's about time people are waking up. I hope some of the anger is from cap and trade and national healthcare. Congress needs to be paying attention to these numbers as well, as they are steamrolling Obama's agenda.
